Maria Grazia Mattei is the founder and director of MEET, the International Centre for Digital Culture, based in Milan. The centre aims to reduce the digital divide in Italy and promote a conscious culture of digital tools as useful resources for creativity and the well-being of society as a whole.
The Centre is located in Milan, in the Porta Venezia area, in an early 20th century building redesigned by the architect Carlo Ratti. It is both a space for events, exhibitions, masterclasses and digital experiences, and the Italian hub of a global network specialising in interdisciplinary design.
